Camp Sheldrake Staff
At Camp Sheldrake you should expect our staff to be mature and well qualified. Each member of our staff attends a week long training on site as well as other specialized training for activities such as Canoeing, Rockwall and Zip line. All staff members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR Certification, and A current police record check.
Camp Sheldrake has small Camp atmosphere, with a 5:1 camper to staff ratio.
Camp Sheldrake staff are a committed group of individuals who work together all summer long to make each camper’s experience a special one.
Two Counselors per cabin group are responsible for the well-being and direct supervision of their campers. They also lead and plan activities throughout the week.
The Director and Assistant Director are responsible for ensuring the quality of Camp Sheldrake’s programs and are the direct supervisors of the other program staff.
