Drop off & Pick Up Times for Day Camps – Drop off will be between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and pick up will be between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. Should your camper be staying for supper & camp fire check on pick up time when dropping off your camper.
Leaders-in-Training Camp – This program equips 15 to 17 year olds with skills necessary to eventually become successful camp counsellors and community leaders. Both LIT Sessions A & B must be completed before being eligible to become a volunteer Junior Counsellor. Both sessions can be completed in the same year.

Day Camps are available for all sessions $45/day including lunch, $50 including lunch, supper & campfire
Mini Camp (with the exception of the July 2nd camp) drop off is on Sunday between 4:00 & 5:00 p.m.. Pick up will be on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.. For July 2nd camp drop off is on Tuesday between 4:00 & 5:00 p.m. and pick up will be Friday at 2:00 p.m..

***Tier Fee Structure***
Due to increased cost of maintaining and operating Camp Sheldrake, the current cost of having a child at camp in in excess of $700 per week. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to attend camp, hence our goal is to keep camp affordable and assessable for families. Therefore, we have kept the basic weekly camper registration fee the same as for 2019 as it was for 2018. However, in order to keep Camp Sheldrake viable, and for those families who can afford it, we have developed a three-tiered pricing program to help cover costs for those who need financial support.
Please choose the tier that best represents what your family can afford for a full week camp experience. Be assured that regardless of the amount paid, your child’s experience at Camp Sheldrake will not change. We truly appreciate your support in helping us provide memorable camping experiences.
Tier 3 $340 (heavily subsidized)
Tier 2 $440 (moderately subsidized)
Tier 1 $540 (lightly subsidized)
Camp Sheldrake accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Refund Policy – To register a camper, please download our registration form (above), or contact the camp office to have one mailed to you. A deposit in the amount of $100 (non-refundable) for the overnight program and the entire fee for the day program will be considered the deposit. a post-dated cheque for the remainder of the fee must accompany a signed registration form. The post-dated cheque must be dated at least two weeks prior to the start of the session and is non-refundable after that date. On Line Registration is available. Same conditions apply to On Line Registration.
Camp Sheldrake Inc. reserves the right to prematurely end any camper’s session at camp due to misbehavior. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances. Refunds will not be issued in the event of sickness or injury that prematurely ends a camper’s session. However, at the Director’s discretion, a rain check option will be considered.
- For families in need of financial assistance, Camp Sheldrake offers a limited sponsorship program. Contact the camp office for details.
- Registration confirmation will be provided by phone as soon as we have received the completed and signed registration form, the $100 deposit, and a post-dated cheque (dated and received at least two weeks before camper arrives at camp) with the balance owing.
- Be sure to look over our ‘Are you ready for camp?‘ checklist before arriving at camp.
- All sessions begin on Sunday afternoon (4:00 – 5:00 pm) and end Friday afternoon (2pm) (except for Mini Camps or Day Camps.)
